WEALTHTECH is a financial service provided by LIQUIDITY AND TECHNOLOGY (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). The Company has full respects on and will spare no efforts to secure your personal data.
Please read the WEALTHTECH Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Policy”) before using WEALTHTECH.
WEALTHTECH attaches great importance to your privacy. Sometimes, we need to collect certain data to provide services for you as requested. This Privacy Policy describes circumstances where your data will be collected and used.
This Privacy Policy applies to all services related to WEALTHTECH as may be changed or updated from time to time without further notice. The updated Privacy Policy shall prevail once it is published online.
1. How We Collect and Use Personal Data
We will collect and use your personal data, as appropriate and necessary, provided by yourself or generated when using WEALTHTECH products and/or services for the purpose as specified herein on a legal basis. We will inform you in a proper way in the cases where the collected data is used for a purpose unspecified herein or for a specific purpose, and request your consent before using it.
1.1. Help You Become Our User
Sign up / Log in
1.1.1. You need to provide your mobile number, email address, avatar (if any), and account (if changed) when signing up or logging in with your WEALTHTECH account. You will have access to the core services of WEALTHTECH, such as viewing contents, publishing comments, and taking tests, after providing the above-mentioned data and approving the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
1.2. Provide You with Products and Services
To provide you with the core services of WEALTHTECH, we may collect your data. If you deny our request, you are not able to use the service. The core services we provide and data we may collect have been listed below :
1.2.1. View, favorites, share, and download features. When you view articles, videos, test papers, and lists, we may collect your device data such as device identifier or operating system.
1.2.2. Comment feature. When users leave comments on WEALTHTECH, we may collect data about your mobile phone, email address and logs.
1.3. Provide You with Additional Services
To provide you with higher-quality services, we may collect the following data. Your refusal does not influence the normal function of WEALTHTECH's core service, but you may have no right to access specific services or features.
1.3.1. GPS. When you have activated the GPS on your device and use location-based services provided by WEALTHTECH, we may collect data about your location.
1.3.1. Payment. You can buy articles and videos on WEALTHTECH. We may collect data about your third-party payment account (such as Apple Pay or other forms).
1.4. We May Collect Data from Third-party Service
When logging in through a third-party account (e.g. Weibo, WeChat), you can choose to authorize WEALTHTECH to read your data registered, published, and recorded on the third-party platform (e.g. nickname, avatar) provided that the data is in line with laws and regulations.
We collect your data on the third-party platform for the purpose of remembering your identity as a WEALTHTECH user and improving our products and services. We will only collect and use the data with your consent. After signing up or logging in through the third-party platform, your WEALTHTECH account will be linked to the third-party platform. You can unlink it in “Account Security >> Third-party Account”.
1.5. Examples of situations involving embedding third-party codes and plug-ins to transmit personal information
In order to ensure the stable operation and function realization of our services and enable you to use and enjoy more services and functions, our applications will embed SDKs or other similar applications of authorized partners.
We will conduct strict security testing on the application programming interfaces (APIs) and software tool development kits (SDKs) used by authorized partners to obtain relevant information, and agree strict data protection measures with authorized partners to ensure that they comply with this policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures to handle personal information. Except where authorized partners have obtained your separate consent.

2. How We Share, Transfer, and Disclose Personal Data
2.1. Sharing
We will not share your data with any other companies, organizations, or individuals except :
2.1.1. with your prior consent or permission;
2.1.2. as required by law, legal process, court orders, or injunctions, to name a few;
2.1.3. for the purpose of protecting the interests and property of WEALTHTECH users and the public from any potential harm, which would be done within the legal framework.
2.2. Transfer
We will not transfer your personal data to any other companies, organizations, and individuals without your explicit consent.
However, in the cases of merger, acquisition, or liquidation, your data may be transferred. Under such circumstances, other companies or organizations may have the right to continue to use your data, but only in the manner set out herein. Any changes in this Privacy Policy relating to the ways in collecting and processing your data shall be subject to your consent.
2.3. Disclosure
We will not disclose your personal data without your explicit consent.
We may disclose your personal data as required by law, legal process, litigation, or government authorities. However, in such a case, we promise we will ask for valid legal documents from those parties and take measures to secure the disclosed data in line with the law and industry standard.
2.4. Exceptions
As specified in laws and regulations, we may share, transfer, or disclose your personal data without your prior consent if :
2.4.A. The data is related to national security and national defense;
2.4.B. The data is related to public security, sanitation, and interests;
2.4.C. The data is related to investigation, litigation, judgment, and verdict of criminal cases;
2.4.D. The data is used to protect public or legitimate interests, such as the lives and property of yourself and others, where your consent may not be sent to us in a timely manner;
2.4.E. The data is disclosed to the public by yourself;
2.4.F. The data comes from publicly disclosed sources, such as news coverage and government data.
2.4.G. Other circumstances as described in laws and regulations.
As specified in laws, the sharing and transfer of the de-identified data to a recipient who cannot restore and re-identify the owner of the data should not be considered an act of sharing, transfer, and disclosure. Storing and processing such data will not be subject to your consent.
3. How We Secure Your Personal Data
Security of your personal data is crucial to us. We will take necessary measures to protect your data within the framework of laws and industry standard, in order to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, usage, damage, and loss.
4. How You Manage Your Data
We’re keenly aware of your focus on the security of your personal data. We try our best to protect your rights to access, modify, and delete data as well as the right to withdraw your consent. You have the following rights :

4.2. Right to Delete Personal Data
You can request us to delete your personal data under the following circumstances :
4.2.1. In the case of any violations against laws or regulations by us when processing personal data;
4.2.2. In the case where we collect and use your personal data without your prior consent;
4.2.3. In the case where we fail to process your data as agreed;
4.2.4. In the case where you have stopped using our products or services, or you have de-registered your account;
4.2.5. In the case where we stop providing products or services to you.

5. Storage of Personal Data
We process data both inside and outside of Cambodia and rely on legally-provided mechanisms to lawfully transfer data across borders. Countries where we process data may have laws which are different from, and potentially not as protective as, the laws of your own country.
In the case of cross-border transfer of data, we will inform you of the purpose and recipient through a pop-up or an e-mail and ask for your prior consent. We will make sure the data recipient is capable of securing your personal data.
We promise to store your personal data within an appropriate and rational period. We will store the data generated when you view web pages, such as history and IP addresses, no more than a month, and delete or anonymize any expired data.
In the case where the WEALTHTECH is suspended due to poor operation or other reasons, we will stop collecting your data and delete all data collected. We will inform each and every WEALTHTECH user through notification on our website, inbox, or e-mail.
6. How We Use Cookies
Cookies can improve user experience. You may enable or disable cookies in the browser settings, but most web browsers accept them. WEALTHTECH may use cookies from time to time to provide you with better service. WEALTHTECH will not track your data when using cookies.
WEALTHTECH will use cookies when you sign up. Through the data we have collected, we can identify you when you visit WEALTHTECH again. Cookies from WEALTHTECH can only be read by WEALTHTECH.
If you choose to disable cookies in your browser settings, you can still visit most of the web pages of WEALTHTECH.
Disclaimer
WEALTHTECH will not be held liable in the following circumstances.
1. Data breach resulting from sharing of password or account with others or not caused by WEALTHTECH;
2. WEALTHTECH requests you to provide your data as required by laws, regulations, or government policies;
3. Any disputes caused by the usage of your data by any third-party platform based on the terms and conditions of WEALTHTECH services.
4. Temporary website shutdown due to cyber attacks, computer virus, or government controls;
5. Any consequences caused by force majeure;
6. Any other circumstances as described in terms and conditions of WEALTHTECH services.
